Avoid this host. Numerous issues including significant safety concerns. I spent vacation time and money fixing a broken generator and faulty trailer brakes. I initially asked only to be reimbursed for the generator rental and replacement part I purchased to repair it. The host indicated they were working on a resolution, but instead filed a fraudulent claim against my deposit for preexisting issues. Outdoorsy is now reviewing the matter, and I have provided photographic evidence. The trailer was severely misrepresented in the listing: nonfunctional windows/screens, water damage, ripped sofa, missing/damaged light fixtures, damaged interior trim, broken generator, faulty battery causing refrigerator problems and a constantly chirping propane alarm, broken awning, stuck microwave door, and other defects. The trailer was also poorly cleaned, with heavy dust throughout, dirty dishes in cabinets, and a black tank that had not been emptied. An electrical short caused the trailer brakes to operate intermittently, creating a serious safety concern. Thankfully I have access to free legal counsel through my employer benefits to pursue the matter directly with the hose if required.
