Great travel trailer, less than a year old in exceptional condition.-Sleeps up to 10, with a separate bunk room in the rear. Comes with TV and unidirectional antenna (no manual turning), two AC units, electric fireplace, outdoor kitchen with burner, fridge and sink, oversize windows for taking in all that nature, LED lighting indoor and out, plus many add-ons. Selection of chairs are included along with basic cooking utensils for most any need. Any specifics you may need feel free to ask, I’ll send any of my gear out with you if you need, just not convenient to send it all every time.What YOU Need TO TOW OUR Camper:
Your vehicle must have a towing capacity of up to 10,000 lbs. To pull you Must have a vehicle with a Class III (or better) receiver. You Must have a 7-way trailer connector installed on your vehicle and electric trailer brake controller, rental includes use of my weight distribution hitch system, which will be explained upon pickup. Electric tongue jack so there is no manual cranking, the stabilizers are electric also.
You do have the option of having me deliver and setup for a fee which is a much easier option for many, setup fee will be deducted from deposit after your trip is completed.-Set up and delivery available for fee, $175 within 50 miles, additional mileage rates will be determined on a case-by-case basis.Rental Fee includes leveling blocks, flexible sewer line, water line, 50-amp electrical cable and 30-amp adapter, 1 full connected propane tanks, and linens for each bed and towels for 4.NOT Provided With Rental: Renter will need to provide their own toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.), hand soap, paper towels, flashlights, lanterns, batteries, and any other items not specifically mentioned as “provided with rental” above. Hey there! We purchased this TT after spending many years sharing one with family. We went about a year without and knew we couldn't live without one, it is a family thing that brings us so much closer together and we would love to share the experience with your family as well. Pulling this trailer requires a vehicle capable of pulling at least 7500 lbs and that has a trailer brake installed. For many renters the setup and delivery option is better, you simply show up at the site you reserved and start having fun.
