Camper is furnished with all your basic kitchen items: dishes, glasses, coffee, cups, serving trays, small, cutting board, silverware, steak, knives, spatula, string, spoons, etc. it also has a coffee maker and crockpot. Basic cleaning supplies, Dish soap, hand soap, and hand sanitizer, trash bags, paper towels, and RV toilet paper. Camp mat, canopy and 4 camp chairs. FOR Festival Camping AND Tailgating you have an on board generator with water tank…must monitor gray and black tanks daily. Some dog breeds allowed, must ok with owner. • Owners are not responsible for any belongings left behind
• if camping without sewer hook ups, you are limited to black and gray tank capacity. These things are the responsibility of the renter. we, as the owners tech no responsibility for these limited capabilities. Renter must monitor tank levels and use water conservatively. If tanks become three force for renter will be required to use the campground facilities. Renter takes full responsibility and liability for any damages caused by not following these procedures.
• Cleaning fee of $150 if the RV is returned dirty. RV is expected to be returned, clean and tidy without any bad/malodorous odors.
• FAILURE to comply with any of the above rules or result and forfeit of the renters deposit and/ the renter held liable for these damages?
• RENTER must follow all road laws while driving this vehicle including but not limited to speeding failure into yield, stop, driving under the influence of any unlawful substance.
• WE appreciate your corporation to adhering to these rules and hope you have a wonderful time.
