• We want you to have fun, just no smoking inside the travel trailer. This ensures all guests can enjoy, a clean, fresh trip each time.
• Please do not wear shoes in the travel trailer. A large rubber mat will be provided to keep outside the camper where you can remove your shoes. This helps keeps the trailer in good condition for trips to come. Please no shoes or outside debris in the beds.
• Trained and potty-trained dogs and cats are welcome, just not on beds. Please plan for sleeping arrangements on the floor for your furry friends.
• Potable city water only in clean water tank.
• Please report all damage, even if minor, immediately.
• Must be 25+ years old with a valid driver’s license and towing experience.
• Your tow vehicle must have the required tow capacity and recommend brake controller.
• Return Condition
- Please return the trailer clean and tidy. A cleaning fee may be charged if returned dirty.
- All trash must be removed.
- Dishes cleaned and put away.
- No food left in fridge or pantry.
- Please empty refrigerator, wipe clean, and leave door open upon return.
• Please empty and wipe clean the microwave.
• Please empty tanks. Running low on time? No Problem, we can empty for you at an additional fee.
• No climbing on the roof.
• No modifications are to be made, and no tampering with or disabling of safety equipment.
• Travel should stay within the state of Alaska. Please let us know where you intend to travel.
• Please contact us if you have any questions or require assistance, and lastly enjoy your trip with unlimited mileage.

Great little trailer. Nice and new good people renting it out. Good comms first time I have rented something like that from somebody vs abc or another rv company and it was headache free. Mountain was a big help.
