The communication was amazing. She was extremely responsive, and it never took more than five minutes to hear back from her. She was also very kind, flexible, and considerate throughout the entire process. The RV itself was very well equipped. Everything we needed was there. The only suggestion I would make is regarding the RV orientation at pickup. The gentleman who explained everything to us went through the instructions very quickly. If you have never owned or driven an RV before, I don’t think the explanation provided is enough. We specifically asked if he could take some extra time to explain how to empty the black water and other tanks, but unfortunately, he didn’t go into much detail. This became a challenge for us because we often had little or no cell service during our trip, so we couldn’t simply look things up online when we needed help. We had to ask other people for assistance. Other than that, everything was excellent. If we ever go back to Alaska, we would absolutely rent the same RV. She was wonderful to work with, and we truly appreciated how responsive, kind, and accommodating she was. Overall, we had a great experience.
