While we love animals, pet hair, odors, and potential damage can require extra cleaning or repair. If you are traveling with a pet, please let us know ahead of time so we can discuss expectations and any applicable pet fee.This RV is designed for paved roads and improved campsites only. Off-roading, driving on unmaintained trails, logging roads, or any extreme terrain is strictly prohibited. These conditions can cause serious damage to the undercarriage and suspension and may not be covered by insurance.Certain areas may be restricted or require prior approval. Travel along the Dalton Highway (Haul Road) or to remote regions without reliable roadside assistance is not allowed. If you’re planning a particularly remote trip or want to travel out of state or into Canada, please reach out first so we can confirm it’s appropriate for this vehicle.Improper use of the RV’s electrical, plumbing, and generator systems can lead to costly repairs. Please avoid overloading the electrical system, using home outlets without the proper adapters, or running the generator for extended periods. Only RV-safe toilet paper should be flushed, and no wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products should go into the toilet to prevent clogs.The RV should be returned in the same condition it was rented out: clean and with all black and gray tanks emptied unless you’ve arranged and paid for tank dumping in advance. Excessive cleaning or tank dumping not included in your booking will incur additional charges. The fuel and propane tanks should also be returned at the same levels as when you picked up the RV (typically full).Please return the RV on time to avoid interfering with other renters’ bookings. If you anticipate being late, communicate as early as possible. Late returns without prior approval may be subject to late fees.Renters are not allowed to tow anything with the RV unless explicitly approved. Roof access is also prohibited—do not climb onto the roof for any reason, as this can be a safety risk and may cause damage. 5.0Our two-week RV adventure through Alaska was everything we hoped it would be and more. It was the perfect way to experience my home state at our own pace. From breathtaking mountain views and glaciers to wildlife sightings, a couple of peaceful campgrounds and parking at my family home in Kenai, every day brought something new. The RV was comfortable, reliable, and well-equipped, making it feel like home no matter where we parked for the night. Having the freedom to change plans, stay longer in places we loved, and wake up to some of the most beautiful scenery imaginable made this trip unforgettable. If you’re considering seeing Alaska, we can’t recommend using this rv rental enough. It truly is the perfect way to spend two weeks exploring everything this amazing state has to offer. We made memories that will last a lifetime and wouldn’t hesitate to do it all over again!

It made our family time so much easier and more fun. The owners were genuinely some of the loveliest people we’ve met. They thought of every detail to make our trip comfortable, and it was clear they care about giving families a great experience. It was the perfect fit for us. We can’t recommend this rental enough and will absolutely be booking again for our next adventure!
