Includes a power patio awning, rear ladder, generator (additional charge for usage), exterior storage compartments, roof & dash air conditioning, furnace, kitchen: with refrigerator, freezer, stove top, oven, and microwave, bathroom: with toilet, sink, and shower with skylight, 12V TV, TV antenna, 30 amp power cord, arctic pack (heater on sewer tanks to reduce freezing in winter months), outside shower, & trailer hitch (5000 pounds weight carrying / 500 pounds tongue weight), with a 7 pin round RV trailer connector (additional charge for towing).
