First, please fill in, sign, date and return the contract. Please note the INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS and set up to pay for Wheelbase/Outdoorsy insurance. An exception to use your insurance may be allowed. Contact AFM at least two weeks prior for exact details and requirements. Wheelbase/Outdoorsy insurance requires ALL drivers to be verified in advance of rental. Please check your emails. Unless noted in the contract, return the RV motorhome as you found it, clean and full of gas and propane. RETURN to storage lot by APPOINTMENT ONL[phone number removed]]returns are allowed, however we do not make any refunds for early returns. Late returns are charged up to $100/hour at Alaska Family Motorhomes sole discretion. OPTIONAL CLEAN and DUMP: If you paid the optional clean and dump fee, please top off gasoline and propane. We will do the rest. If you did not pay the optional clean and dump fee, please return RV As you found it… with fresh clean of the inside, fresh wash of bugs/dirt on the outside (RV car washes are listed on dash and in the RV Manual), empty Black and Gray sewage tanks. Have the fresh water tank, gas tank and propane tank filled. NOTE: Basic cleaning products, broom and Swiffers are included to help you keep it clean. OPTIONAL BEDDING PACKAGE: Bedding package of sheets, pillows, comforters and towels are available. Please leave any clean, unused bedding in the clear plastic bags provided. Please put dirty sheets and towels into a pillowcase. AFM will wash them at the end of your trip. These are NO SMOKING motorhomes. If there is a strong odor of any kind, such as smoke, fish, cooking, etc, there will be an extra cleaning fee. No climbing on the roof. No open bottle or drinking allowed in any motorhome while in motion or with keys in the ignition.. We pride ourselves in clean, excellent operating RV motorhome rentals. However, things happen or break and sometimes we are not informed by the previous customer. If it is a minor issue under $100 total, we will reimburse you. If there is a breakdown on the road we have several roadside assistance options that may apply, such as Allstate, RVShare, GoodSams or optional (pre-paid) Coach-Net. We will work hard to get you back on the road ASAP. At our option, we could send a mechanic to you or pay for a local mechanic or swap out the motorhome or refund pro rated rent. We will work hard to correct any issue and also to gain your repeat business. TWO WEEKS prior to arrival, make sure your insurance binder is faxed in OR our insurance is paid for and all drivers are verified. TWO DAYS prior to arrival, please text (or call) us with your Anchorage arrival time. Pay your balance due and deposit to make things faster upon arrival.
