Jheyson is quick to answer questions and provides timely instructions. However, renters desired printed guides for RV systems and discovered missing connectors or unknown amenities. One cancellation occurred.
Drives reliably and smoothly
The RV drives smoothly, runs great, and is reliable. Guests found it clean, cozy, spacious, and well-equipped, though the water/sewer system was unfamiliar and a BBQ connector was missing.

5.0Communications and pick-up/ drop-off instructions were timely and well laid out. Camper drove and functioned smoothly throughout the trip and was well equipped with everything needed to make for a fantastic camping trip. Would rent again without a second thought. Thank you!

3.0Host needs a print out of where to find things and how to use them. We had a low tire and no gas station has the special end to air up.. I should have text him but tried to solve myself. The Water/sewer system was not like anything I have ever seen in 40 years of RVing. He said it didn't have a BBQ but it did , just didn't have the connector to a 1 lb green bottle. I think people leave things and he is not aware of it. on the positive there was lots of food and condiments already on board, RV ran well and bed was comfortable and he was quick to answer questions.
