Goldy, our Gold Rush babe, is a 1986 Vanagon with lots of character! She has a solar panel on top to grab that midnight sun and keep your power running all night if need be. She has a manual transmission and has crossed the country before. Her favorite spot to be is in Homer, Alaska, but she loves to gallivant all around the state, much like the pioneers who came up here for the gold rush.

Fantastic experience.
Our rental was from Sunday 5/23/2021 to Saturday 5/29/2021. Prior to the rental I had a few questions. Both Zach and Collene were quick to respond vial phone and email.
On Sunday 5/23/2021 Zach picked us up at the airport, gave us a tour of "Goldy", and we were on our way.

We took Goldy for a week as part of our honeymoon and had such a fantastic time. Mandy could not have been more helpful and the itinerary put together made planning extremely easy. I couldn't recommend this more highly.

Mandy at Trickster Trips is a gem!! Can’t recommend her & her van rentals enough. We were in a serious pickle as our originally intended camper van rental fell though last minute at 11pm the night before. We lucked out SO big with Mandy who was able to accommodate our last-minute request. She was not only super accommodating, but she was super personable & added great local touches to our experience. The Fire Island bakery she recommended is seriously one of the best we’ve been to. Thank you Mandy!!! We can’t praise you enough. You seriously saved our Alaskan vacation & provided us with a once in a lifetime experience getting to explore the beautiful Alaskan frontier in good ol’ Goldy 💛
