Built inside a 2017 Ram ProMaster 2500 high-roof van, this stealth camper is a fully self-contained island home on wheels, designed for comfort, style, and total freedom.The interior is nothing short of art: handcrafted with custom woodwork, including a live-edge countertop and shou sugi ban–style cabinetry. Natural wood tones and clean design bring the warmth of a boutique cabin into the heart of nature.You get a high capacity solar system that never runs out of power, a full cooking and dining set-up with ceramic non stick cookware, propane stove, slide out dining table, and a camper queen bed that sleeps 2. The mini fridge keeps your food cool and can run 24/7 off of the solar power. You're provided with a full 7 gallon tank of water for washing dishes. After that, the water is easily filled up around the island from the many water fill stations available.Blackout curtains and magnetic window covers for the rear keep the inside dark for deep sleeping while the roof fan keeps you cool. I keep an extra fan in the van too in case there is an exceptionally warm night.Cleaning supplies are all providedFor those that book with me, I offer a camping guide for the east to north shore with exclusive spots as well as where is ok and where is not ok for camping. Whether you’re watching the sunrise on the beach, surfing until sunset, or falling asleep to the sound of waves, this van lets you experience Kauaʻi up close — not from a balcony, but from the heart of it.Pick Up location is right next to a convenient bus stop at the Moloaa Sunrise Fruit Stand or we can do airport pick up.I'm pretty easy as far as security deposit goes. I provide the vehicle clean, washed, with a full tank of gas. I want the vehicle back clean, vacuumed, and with a full tank of gas. Dishes and amenities clean as well. Cleaner is provided.I take care of bedding, water, propane, and washing the exterior of the car.The only time I've had to keep a deposit was when a renter got into an accident and did thousands in damage to the body of the vehicle, it was obviously from turning around a corner too tightly and swiping/digging into the side of the vehicle. The insurance company said as such. and the bulk of the security deposit went to paying the deducible on the insurance. In addition, the inside of the vehicle was left in a horrible condition with red indian sauce splattered all over the kitchen and custom artwork stage curtains. There was broken glass. There was some other minor damage here and there. The whole process was submitted through outdoorsy with verified pictures of before and after. The renter left a bad review unfortunately and there's nothing i can do about that. And I've waited months for insurance and bodyshop to get to repairing it. Temple was consistently easy to reach, quick to respond, and flexible with arrival/departure schedules. He provided trip advice, shared van info, offered airport rides, and accommodated item requests.

The van was in great condition, clean, and featured a nice layout with custom woodwork, an excellent battery system/inverter, and quality kitchenware. Its low profile was desirable for Kauai trips.

Temple was an exemplary host & was very lenient on us, regarding our arrival & departure schedules! He was forthcoming with trip advice & recommendations & took time to share all the needed info about the van & it's camper accomodations. He also provided us some other items upon request, zero hassle. We made it all over the island in style, without a hiccup. Thank you,Temple. & Mahalo, Kauai! This place is truly magical. When we return we will be reserving again with Temple. Aloha!

We had an amazing time with this van! Temple (the host) was VERY responsive and invested in our rental going smoothly, even accommodating a last minute ride to the airport. My partner and I are into the vanning lifestyle and this van was clean, with a nice layout, custom woodwork, and an excellent battery system and inverter (I am a power snob and was pleasantly surprised to find no issues!) We had the van for three nights (camped two nights at Anini beach, and the last on private property near Kalihiwai. This van made all that possible in style and comfort. The van's exterior is low profile as well, which is highly desirable on Kauai. Highly recommend. We had a Gold Dust Day Gecko as our mascot, hung with us the whole time. Pictured below.
