***Snowbirds, Welcome.***
Very comfortable home away from home.
This is our 2nd home we enjoy often, so we are not renting it to be towed. At this time we are only renting it where we deliver and pick-up. We will be glad to deliver it up to 25 miles from our residence in Anaheim. We can suggest campgrounds between Long Beach and Newport Beach.
Basically, we provide everything except your food & toiletries, but following are the details.
This 34 foot fifth wheel has high end finishes and sleeps up to 9. The master and bath are up front and the bunkhouse w/ door is in the rear. The shower accommodates a 6 ft person no problem.
Queen size bed, sofa and dinette each sleep two, bunkhouse with separate door sleeps 3 kids (two adults) and has a space for a laptop or portable TV.
Rig has central heat and new A/C to keep you perfectly comfortable. The sofa and dinette are in a large slideout on the driver side. The kitchen includes solid maple cabinetry, 2 large sinks, large pantry, 3 burner stove and single shelf oven, microwave and extra large fridge and freezer. There is plenty of living room space. There is plenty of storage and closet space. We have a 24" Hdmi/USB ready TV (bring your Roku, etc) with DVD/CD player, stereo and surround sound with exterior speakers. There is also plenty of storage accessible from outside the trailer. There is a large pass-through compartment in the front and a rear garage to store bikes and pool toys. We have an outdoor shower w/ hot and cold water also.
We want to make sure our trailer stays in like new condition and we have found most people have a much better experience just showing up to a fully set-up trailer.
We include the following with each rental (pretty much all you need except your food and toiletries):
Sheets, pillows, pillowcases and blankets for master, 3 bunks and sofa sleeper.
6 Bath towels, 6 hand towels, 6 washcloths, and 6 pool towels.
Four camping chairs and two 6 ft tables.
Liquid hand soap, 4-6 rolls of RV Safe Toilet Paper, blow dryer, Lysol spray, roll paper towels and cleaning supplies.
Pots and pans, baking sheet, cooking & eating utensils, dishes, cups, disposable paper plates & plastic cups, plastic pitcher, knives, bottle and cork opener, can opener, micro popcorn bowl, blender, crockpot, dish soap, dish drainer, lighter, salt, pepper.
Measuring cups & spoons, plastic strainer, small cutting board, 3 varied sized plastic bowls w lids. Small food storage containers for leftovers. Coffee Maker (uses standard filters and coffee - You supply), bagel size toaster. BBQ tools.
Waste basket in kitchen, bath, and outside. Various size trash bags 13 gal / 30 gal large. Entry rug, broom, Swiffer type mop, dust pan, cleaning supplies for counter, bathrooms, floors, located under kitchen sink so you can keep trailer maintained while in use.
Outside storage you will find: Rug (plastic; please avoid placing near fire), propane grill (you supply the small portable propane tank). Two large propane tanks used by stove, fridge, and furnace.
We suggest you bring a cooler for outdoors or to keep in kitchen for extra ice and drinks and a tablecloth for exterior table/s.
Make sure your campsite is able to accommodate a 34 foot trailer.

Monthly: $3,000Due to schedule constraints, owner requires site rental night prior for set-up (we wont require you rent trailer unless you plan to stay that night.)
Owner requires 1 hr min. for take-down on check out day (typical check-out is by 11 am, so this means owner needs to start take-down by 10 am).
Owner will instruct renter about rig and how to use its equipment the night prior to rental start.

We are a family of three that loves to explore the great outdoors! One of our most memorable trips in our trailer was staying inside the Grand Canyon South Rim and waking to elk outside our windows, as well as riding our bikes around the rim! We LOVE our trailer, or second home, and are finally ready to start sharing it with others.
