Like new home away from home bunkhouse that can accommodate sleeping for 4 to 6 people and it’s perfect for your family‘s next vacation. This unit is an exceptionally lightweight versatile travel trailer towable by most SUVs and light trucks. Perfect for the family adventure, or outdoor enthusiast. Bikes, and fishing equipment all have ample space while still maintaining a dry weight acceptable for a wide range of smaller tow vehicles in the 3000 - 4000 lb category. Our Happy Camper trailer has a total length of 22’ ft and 4,003 lbs GVW (loaded) weight; if you are towing it yourself vs us delivering/picking it up to/from your location, your vehicle will need to have sufficient towing capacity and you have to be experienced and skilled (Although this trailer is short we ask that your have experience in towing and definitely not to be towed by beginners or inexperienced drivers). We provide all the equipment required for safe towing (weight stabilizer hitch, sway bar, tow ball) The trailer also has electric brakes, emergency release feature, leveling blocks, etc. If you have a very tall truck, we will adjust the hitch to accommodate the height.Kitchen comes with basic utensils such as pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, silverware and reusable dishware enough for 6 people at no additional cost. We also provide linens, bedding, pillows, and bath towels. Everything you need minus your food is supplied for you. Generator rental upon request (the cost is listed under optional fees).Pets are always welcome at no additional charge, but you will be required to clean the interior thoroughly and return it in the same immaculate condition as provided, pet hair free and odor free. Pets can never be left unsupervised or allowed on top of upholstered areas.We offer bigger discounts for long reservations.If you will be doing dry camping (no hook ups), you will need to rent a generator, for an additional fee and take other precautions for water supply, and off-grid specific processes. Our trailer has a regular basic battery and it will not last for heavy use or a long time. We have a 4,000 Watts generator available that runs with propane or regular gas, although is not quiet it is very powerful and will hands down provide all the power supply needed for your entire party (check with your campground until what time is noise allowed, you can also recharge the battery with your vehicle while the engine is running).It is our goal to make your vacation as memorable and hassle - free as possible.
