Ashley and Carl consistently provided timely responses to calls/texts, offered assistance with questions, and were accommodating with setup/delivery.
Spacious but mixed condition
The RV is spacious and suitable for a family of four. While often clean and well-equipped, some reviewers reported broken/dirty items and an inoperable water circulating pump.

4.0Tv was very clean but water circulating pump was inoperable. We were able to get it working after performing some maintenance. Host was very friendly and showed us how all the systems worked. Overall good experience.
