4.0Seth was great, very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. The RV does show signs of being 11 years old. We had a few minor issues with the plumbing systems and the refrigerator. He is getting those fixed and I am sure they will not be continuing issues. I would for sure rent this again without hesitation.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

I am pretty flexible with both pick up and drop off. I usually allow renter to choose the best time for them and ask they give me a 20 minute notice before their arrival. Can also do contactless if needed.
