Beautiful and spacious RV to meet your all your traveling needs! Perfect for a family vacation or a couple's getaway! This is a newer model RV so you will feel like you are traveling in luxury and RV is very clean! Its size makes it easy for even inexperienced RVers to drive, but yet roomy enough for 6 people to sleep comfortably. Your host will do a thorough orientation and walk-through prior to your trip to provide instructions for use and also answer any questions that you may have.
Beds: The queen beds are spacious enough for two to sleep comfortably. The dinette table also converts to a bed.
Kitchen: The kitchen area has a full-size sink, stove and microwave with storage areas above and below. It also has a large refrigerator with freezer.
Bathroom: The bathroom has a stand-up shower with detachable shower head. Mirror opens for additional storage.
Front CAB: Large, comfortable seats with armrests. Backup camera. Swivel chair behind passenger seat.
Extra Storage: Large closet for hanging clothes. Multiple storage units above the bed and also above/below dinette. Extra-large storage unit on outside for suitcases, fishing poles, chairs, coolers, grill, etc.
TV/DVD: Includes some DVDs.
Other Extras: Lighted awning opens for fun nighttime gatherings. Comes with marshmallow roasting sticks for s'mores on the campfire as well as some cooking utensils.

Becca (the daughter) and Donna (the mother) of the mother/daughter duo who rent out this RV are wonderful to work with. They were quick to respond to all my many inquiries and were always pleasant. The welcome basket with little toiletries and things was a great touch. My daughter loved the pink swan night light and made me ask Becca if "it was for keeps." :-D Thankfully, it was.

Donna and Bob were excellent to work with. They communicated very well from start to finish and answered any questions we had. They were flexible with the pick-up and drop-off of the RV and even gave us a gift basket!! The RV was perfect for our needs, very clean, and easy to drive. We will definitely be renting from them again in the future!

We try to be very flexible with our picking up and dropping off times. We even had a pickup on Christmas Day last year!
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
R.
We do a very thorough walk-through prior to leaving. We like our guests to feel very comfortable with the operation of the RV as we understand this is a new experience for many of our renters. This includes demonstrating water and electric hookups as well as emptying the grey and black tanks. We also provide a test drive for all drivers. You can also find how-to videos on our listing.
Q.Do you provide parking for our vehicle while we are away?

We do provide parking for one vehicle in our driveway. We are not responsible though, for any damages incurred during this time.
