This is a 41 foot Forest River Wolf Pack Toy Hauler Fifth Wheel Camper that sleeps 9 comfortably.****Because of the size of this camper I will need to deliver it to your site and pick it up after your stay.****If you want to stay in a brand new 2019 41 foot Toy Hauler, I have the camper for you. Or if you need alternative temporary living for you or family members, I just might have the solution you are looking for. I'll Deliver, Set Up, and then come and get the trailer when you are done. You Just Enjoy Camping With Your Family.Inside:
Fully stocked with linens, towels, pots, and pans included. Sleeps 9 people with 3 queen beds and 1 King suite. It has a full spacious bath with corner shower, and then an additional half bath at the other end of the trailer. Indoor kitchen with pantry and nice sized refrigerator. There is a smart TV in the rear, and HD TV in the living areas, and then an additional TV in the master suite. The living area or rear room have a satellite option for an additional fee. Living room has a triple recliner couch. Nice amenities and very comfortable!. Two slide outs.Outside:
2 Awnings with lights and stereo speakers. Living area TV can be moved outdoors. Hot/cold outdoor shower and additional spray hose. 2 outdoor zero gravity chairs are included along with a folding table.Additional Notes:
1. There are two 10 pound LP bottles on this camper. They are full when you take possession and are part of your rental. If you need more, it will be your responsibility to get them filled. Water heater, camp stove, inside stove, and camper heater use propane2. Excessively dirty or muddy RV's when you leave will be charged $35 per hour to clean plus costs of services and supplies needed to clean.3. Pets will be strictly limited to dogs. NO Cats!!! Any pet damage will be charged and taken out of deposit money. Please watch your pets and make sure they respect their temporary home.4. Any deliveries further than 75 miles of home will be charged .50 per mile.5. If your site does not have service please let me know before booking. This unit is self contained with water tanks and a generator. Generator fees will apply but I will also fill the water tank before delivering.6. If the camper is thoroughly cleaned before pickup I will waive the cleaning fee. Cleaning supplies will be provided.
