Résumé de l'évaluation
Responsive and accommodating host
Jake responds quickly (less than 24 hrs, same-day requests), communicates clearly for pickup/drop-off, provides understandable instructions, and makes the rental process stress-free.
High clearance off-road ready
The unit has high clearance and off-road tires, allowing access to remote areas. It is clean, well-stocked with bedding, kitchenware, board games, and bunk beds, suitable for a family of 4. It also stays warm in the mountains.

5.0Jake was great! He accommodated our request in less than 24 hrs. Great communication with pick up and drop off. And the trailer was just what we needed for our family of 4. The kids loved the bunk beds and the board games. It was a good size and had everything we needed. Pleasantly surprised by how stocked it was. It made a rainy weekend camping a blast. We would definitely rent it again.

5.0JAKE WAS AN EXCELLANT HOST. THE UNIT WAS READY AND CLEAN AT OUR SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME. INSTRUCTIONS ON USING THE UNIT VERE COMPLATE AND UNDERSTANDABLE. HE INFORMED US OF ONE PROBLEM WITH THE UNIT CONCERNING THE WATER TANK HAVING A LEAK. THT NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. IT WOULD SEEM THE LEAK WAS WORSE THAN HE REALIZED AS THE WATER TANK ONLY HELD WATER FOR 24 HOURS BEFORE IT ALL LEAKED OUT. OTHER THAN THAT TRIP WAS PERFECT AND JAKE WAS TRULY NICE TO WORK WITH.
