Electric tongue jack to make life a Whole LOT Easier! Manuever in and out with ease due to the size which does not lose any of the ammenites or sleeping capacity. Complete with awning, stove, AC, heater, refrigerator, bathroom, sink, microwave and outdoor shower.Sleeps 5 - 2 bunks, 2 on queen bed and dinette that changes into a bed.Additional Cost - Quiet Generator that will run all devices including air conditioner. Generator runs on gasoline. Many other add-ons available too.Renters are responsible for knowing the weight and tow limits of their vehicle****Renters will be required to use the 2 in ball hitch with sway bar plate and stabilizer bars that will be provided at time of rental. Renters must have a working trailer plug at time of rental.****Electric Awning with two chairs, water heater, AC, heat, and nice sized refrigerator. Will provide pots, pans, utencils, plates, games, chaulks, cords, Shovel, hammer, large marshmallow skewers, Broom, tackelbox, fishing rods, games, flashlight, lantern, nitrile gloves, chairs, umbrells etc and will spend 30 minutes to an hour on how to use everything.This RV is on the smaller side but very functional and has all that you need.
