Bring along some friends- this 39’ camper has room for everyone!The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has 2 bunks, a couch, and plenty of space for clothes and gear. Use the dinette and couch for additional sleeping space as needed.The large awning, second entrance into a bathroom, and outdoor kitchen with sink, fridge and grill make it convenient when hanging outside with family and friends. The tall ceilings, huge picture windows, big screen TV, fireplace, comfy couch and dinette make it just as enjoyable to spend time inside!This kitchen has everything you need to prepare food for all your guests. There is plenty of pantry space, a large fridge, stove/ oven combo, and we provide all of the basic items you will need to cook.This camper is "All-Inclusive!" We will deliver, set up and take time to explain everything in the camper using a helpful manual. (Delivery over 50 miles is an additional charge.) Linens and towels are provided along with RV toilet paper. We also clean up the camper and empty the waste tanks. During your trip, we are available to answer all of your questions. We can provide a generator and firewood for an additional fee.The only thing you worry about is having a good time!

Absolutely no smoking or vaping. If the camper smells like smoke, you will forfeit your entire security deposit.
Pets under 50lbs are welcome but must be disclosed at time of rental. There is an additional $50 cleaning fee to make sure there is no trace for the next renter.
No climbing on roof; it will cause you entire security deposit to be forfeited.
Camper and all equipment must be locked when unoccupied.
Water heater must be turned off when water is off.
