Light weight (5000 pounds) towable with a half truck or SUVs. Sleeps 8, potentially 10, with a queen bed in front, fold down sofa bed, two full bunk beds in back, and the dinette turns into a comfortable sleeping area. Equipped with a 24v 100ah lithium battery and 1200 watts of solar. This unit also has a 3000 watt inverter to power all of your 120v accessories. This trailer is equipped with a bright outdoor LED strip, an 84 gallon fresh water tank, and two 20 pound propane tanks to provide gas for the tankless water heater and keep the built in heater working so the trailer is toasty during the cold months. Included for use are all bed linens, cutlery, cups, mugs, plates, bowls, pots, pans. This RV is amazing for a weekend beach trip, lake getaway or spend some time in the in the the forest for an affordable cost! Portable generator and weight distribution hitch included for use with rental.NO Awning Access!I can't seem to stress on this enough. I am flexible with pickup and drop off times, but please when making a time to pick up and drop off you Commit to picking up and dropping off on those times. I do not live at my storage unit, and it's not cool that I come to meet people for pickup and drop off and they are late and I am stuck waiting around. I do have a life outside of this business, so please be respectful.If the unit is excessively dirty (dirty dishes, dishes in the sink, trash left, floors, counters, microwave, refrigerator, sink, toilet, bathtub, ect) there will be an additional $75 cleaning fee. I've tried to let things go, but people seem to think it's ok to leave the unit a huge mess.

Have had an RV for over 10 years, currently full time RV in a 42 foot 5th wheel! I use my 30 foot toy hauler to take my race car to the drag strip, my X3 to the desert, and dry camp at the beach to enjoy the scenery. All of my RV's have off grid capabilities such as solar, extra batteries, extra water storage, and a generator, so go out there and don't worry about hooking up!
