Résumé de l'évaluation
Responsive, service-oriented problem solver
Emma communicates thoroughly and quickly. She immediately replaced a generator due to concern and provided services like RV drop-off, leveling, and retrieval, making the process easy.
Spacious, comfortable, generator-equipped RV
The RV had plenty of space for 3 adults, was comfortable and clean. It included a generator and 5-gallon gas tank, suitable for off-grid camping with minimal refills.

5.0We had a great overall experience with these hosts. Emma communicates thoroughly and quickly answering our questions to put us at ease. There was an issue with the generator that they brought and even though it was running, since there was concern about it being able to start easily, they went out and immediately replaced the generator with a new one, as we were traveling with our baby and had to cool off the RV for her bedtime. They made the entire process easy, dropped and leveled for us and even were able to retrieve the RV after we left due to our schedule restriction. We plan on using their RV again in the future and 100% recommend them.

5.0Emma and her husband were amazing during the whole experience. Communication was fluid and easy. The RV was all we needed and more, it had plenty of space for 3 adults and at no point we felt like we were lacking room. We did primal camping (no hookups) on campground that provided public restrooms. The RV came with a generator and a 5 gallon gas tank. We only had to refill it 3 times during our 8 day rental. Totally recommended and I will be reaching out to them again in the future!
