This is a high-end unit that is a perfect for a smaller family or one that likes to travel with extra guests. This Kodiak 221Rbsl features private master bedroom with a queen bed and a large slide out for added interior space.The unit comes with a small LCD TV that can be positioned to be viewed from the living space or the master bedroom. There are curtains on either side of the unit that can be pulled to allow a bit more privacy in the master bedroom where you will enjoy sleeping on a queen size bed with nightstands, and bedside closets, plus an overhead cabinet too.There is a slide out u-shaped dinette area perfect for mealtime, or just hanging out. Plus both can be made into additional sleeping space if needed at night.The side opposite the side features a double sink with counter space, a four burner range, refrigerator, microwave, oven and storage pantry. There are also overhead cabinets for dishes and things, plus lower cabinets and drawer space too.The rear features a bathroom equipped with a tub/shower, toilet, sink and lots of storage space.BBQ, chairs, retractable awning, outside speakers, exterior carpets, and all kitchen needs are included.I will include a full user manual and any instruction you need.Please inquire if you'd like to have the unit delivered and set up for you in any of the local RV Parks - from Whistler to Hope. We'll have it all ready for your arrival and take care of the dumping and towing when you're done. Additional costs may apply to compensate for transportation costs.
