Drove to South Carolina for a long weekend over the 4th of July. Did great on the interstate, and on the family farm we visited. We had thought the rooftop tent might make a lot of noise or shake but we didn’t notice it at all.

Memorable trip. Loved the rear ac for the kids in the back. And it was so fun to drive a Land Rover!

Loved it! This was a test run so we were the first guests. It worked out great! We fit our whole family of 6 with the extra seats in the way back, and the awning tent room in addition to the rooftop tent was super roomy for the kids. We felt super lux in this beautiful classic Land Rover, and were confident driving on the rutted out campground roads. We stayed at a great Hipcamp site in the TN River Gorge area with some incredible rock formations. We can’t wait to do it again!
