Communication with the host went well for us. It was all through the Outdoorsy app messages and my personal email. They were very polite and thoughtful in their communication which I really appreciate as this process can be overwhelming for most. The van itself had everything 2 people could need while out on the road. The tires were wore down pretty good so we were not comfortable driving in the rain. Avoid dirt roads! Linens are washed with scented detergent so beware if you have alergies and maybe contact host for alternative detergent. I would recommend bringing environmentally friendly dish soap (Dr. Bronners). Other than these few things, we had no issues with this Van or the company. I would recommend this company to anyone roadtripping from Las Vegas. 4 stars because the tires.

We loved our experience with the van. It had everything we needed and was easy to figure out. John and his team were super professional and readily available when we needed help.

This van made our trip possible, it gave us flexibility to change up which part of the state to visit based on weather while having the amenities needed for us.

Me and my significant other rented this van to see the “Mighty 5” National Parks in Utah. The rental experience was 5/5 stars from beginning to end and would rent from this renter if I had the chance to!

John and the team ensured we had the best possible trip with the Orca Van. The van is well thought and equipped and has all you need to make the most of your trip. Be mindful of the temperatures of where you go in case it gets under freezing be sure to come properly equipped 👍

Super glad to know that you had such a great experience! Those mountainous areas can get cold in the winter and we do provide extra blankets and a roasty propane heater at no additional charge. Great advice for bringing extra clothing in the colder months, though!

Hmmm.... To anyone reading: if you return our vehicles with the roof box smashed to pieces and are upset that we have to charge you for replacement costs, we are probably not the right rental option for you. If you make a last minute booking for a late-night check-in and could potentially get upset by having to sign a rental agreement via the app, we kindly ask you to reserve elsewhere. If the owner drives to meet you in the middle of the night to help you enter a 4 digit lockbox code and you find that terrible, please book a different vehicle. If you think those won't be issues, we will send you on an adventure of a lifetime.

Awesome modified Van, it got everything you need for a brilliant road-trip.
John and his team are super quick in answering questions and helping with everything you need.

My husband and I used Sharkey to explore Zion and Bryce. The booking process was very simple, all of our questions were answered promptly, and the van was very clean and ready to go when we got it! We had a wonderful trip and would definitely recommend this van/company for your trip!

Had a wonderful trip in the Red Rooster! John has thought of & included pretty much everything you could need on a trip like this which is very convenient. The van was also GREAT on gas! Would definitely recommend these awesome vans for your next trip!
