We rented the Rock from Tropical and loved it - very comfortable and clean. Dan and Reese were fantastic in helping us with the rental. We will definitely come back to Tropical in the future!

Dan was very accommodating. We rented the RV during a holiday and he made it a point to have it ready. It was very comfortable and clean. We truly enjoyed it and would rent from him again. The whole process was great. It was our first time driving one so he took the time to show us how everything worked. When we had questions he was quick to response. Thank you so much for making our vacation memorable.

I cannot say enough about the dedication and customer service commitment of Reis and the gang at Tropical RV. Reis made two trips to Homestead in order to make sure our RV’ing experience was perfect. The way he does anything needed to make things perfect is not seen very often in this day and age. Total dedication to customer and to RVing.

***BRAND NEW RVer? So was I until recently! In summary... my family and I had a wonderful experience with Tropical RV Adventures. It was obvious immediately that Dan and his team are experienced professionals. From communication via text to providing useful information to the actual RV introduction tour, the team was great and DELIVERED on everything that was promised and what we expected. I would not hesitate to use Tropical RV Adventures for our next fun getaway!

The RV was a great size for what we needed it for, it was clean and ready for us at pickup. Unfortunately we had some hiccups and did not received the assistance we needed. When we messaged for support we eventually got a call since the messages they were sending to us were not going through. The person that called to help us had to look up the information on how to connect to Bluetooth and email it to me, it was not included in the instructions in the RV (minor issue), the lights for the outside of the RV did not work so we didn't have any lights to hang out outside at night. On day 2, the AC stopped cooling, I called and was told I would receive a call back, I never got that call. We turned it off for a while and turned it back on, it seemed as though the AC froze, not uncommon is Florida heat, but I do wish we had received a call. When emptying the Grey water, we decided to check the black water (we did not use the toilet at all) and a bunch of black water came out so we flushed it in order to not be charged ourselves, even though it obviously was given to us like this.

Not really a trip. I had company in town with no where to put them. So the camper stayed in my driveway. Perfect situation though! Nifty little camper! We just used it for sleeping.

My wife and I boldly took a trip up the East Coast with our 3 month old daughter and French Bulldog and we couldn’t have had a better experience for being first time campers with an infant. Dan was extremely responsive at all times whenever I had any question or concern. The RV itself was the perfect amount of room we needed for our family of 4. The main bed was also surprisingly comfortable. Will definitely rent again!
