Easy to set up the rental and to pick up. Very helpful. The only thing is we were using it off grid on a generator and the battery charge didn’t last as long as it should. The only other this is it would have been nice if all the storage compartments were wiped out. Overall would rent from here again. Great customer service.

The fresh water tank had not been drained on pickup and caused some difficulty driving the unit in the wind. Unfortunately, I didn't discover this oversight until the return trip. More care in prepping the unit would be helpful.

Rv was great. The unit was a bit heavy to drive. Bumps were felt very easily i guess due to it being a new unit. The sleeping accommodations were very good. The kitchen with the slideout was quite large and comfortable.
