Communication with Chris along with advance knowledge of what the RV had for supplies and type of coffee pot. We will definately rent again. Chris is super.

Overall the RV was awesome.. perfectly appointed with everything we needed, since we traveled from out of state that was so appreciated. Stopped for groceries and hit the road. The unit was super clean with plenty of bedding and fresh towels, which I am really particular about. Easy to drive and navigate in terms of mechanics, though we did have a couple of technical issues throughout the trip that were easily fixed, and a recurring 3am smoke detector impact sleep. But otherwise we'd definitely rent again, had an all-around amazing week. The BEST part was our host's responsiveness and friendliness - she made sure we had answers and never made our questions seem bothersome. We felt well taken care of the whole time. Highly recommend this company and their units!!

I am a woman in my late fabulous 50s. I have always wanted to travel in an RV. I have no prior experience with RV travel. I traveled in this amazing RV, with my fur babies, from Arizona to Kentucky. It is the best decision I have ever made. It is not only beautiful but rides like a dream. Everything works and is in perfect order. It is so easy to drive, park, and hook up. Think Airbnb on wheels, cause it is fully stocked with everything but your clothes. Mari, the host, is as amazing as the RV. She reviews everything before you leave and will answer any questions you have with a smile. Believe me, I had some dumb ones, I am sure! If you are lucky enough to get to rent this RV, do it! I promise you will not be disappointed!

We had an excellent experience renting from Scottsdale RV Life. Chris, the owner, worked closely with us from the start to help select the right RV, and that personal attention made a big difference.

First time renting a class B RV. It had plenty of room for the two of us. Refrigerator had lots of storage. The RV drove very nice, and parking was easy. The hosts were great, they supplied everything I needed. The pre trip walk through of the RV had me feeling confident from the start.

Chris was awesome. We rented a class B and had the most wonderful time traveling through AZ and So Cal. It was truly a turn-key experience. We will be renting from Chris and his team again!

As ones who never experienced an RV rental, we were so very well cared for from our initial reservation throughout the orientation and to return of the beautiful and comfortable Mercedes RV. Working with Scottsdale RV Life and directly with Chris was nothing short of a full concierge RV experience. Chris has exceptional communication skills. He is highly responsive, and his ability to provide clear concise answers was invaluable to us as first-time RV renters. This level of service is not often experienced in any industry. We rented the Grech Class B and loved it. We felt prepared and ready for an adventure. It had all the conveniences of home. Chris did a thorough job of explaining how to use the systems and the technology. We traveled with comfort and confidence. We are already planning our next adventure and will work with Chris.

Chris was a good owner/host and was very responsive throughout the trip. We learned some functionality of this motor home together along with his mechanic which was a but surprising to us. The 2023 motor home had 20,000 miles on it and as such was exhibiting sign of wear and tear. The biggest issue we experienced was the compartment door on the water sewer compartment not latching properly which led to its opening while crossing a one lane bridge as we were leaving Yosemite on a California state hi-way. The door struck the bridge structure and was damaged. This will likely result in an $1500 deductible additional charge to us for what we felt was a maintenance related issue. The motor home also had a spark plug wire fail on our return home. We checked to ensure it was safe to drive at a Ford feeler and limped home on our final day. I also provided Chris with a list of 20 items at the conclusion of the trip on neededrepairs/adjustments to the motor home. He responded with thanks and follow up.
