A good adventure in a smaller RV - Kendall provided lots of extras in the RV, including water, and was responsive throughout the trip. There were some hiccups along the way, and Outdoorsy wait times were over 2hours at one point to get a contact / call-back.

This was my first RV experience, as long as you can drive a uhaul it’s very easy to drive. We rented it for a camping wedding and asked the owner if we needed to refill anything on the weekend, but with our short schedule it was not needed. By the first morning, we had no water in the RV. Shower only had drips of water and could t wash my hair. Spent 15 min just trying to do a quick rinse and water was extremely hot. We ran out of water by the first day by just washing dishes and 2 quick rinses. We reached out the owner and she wa a helpful to inform us where the water connection is and that the tank was empty which it did not make sense. We filled it up for 45 min but the sensor never read. We showed up late an hour to the wedding because of this hiccup and we had no water for the other half of the trip, so no shower and had to use our water pack to be able to survive comfortable on an RV that we expected to have full water all the weekend and talking with the owner there might be a leak on the water tank. She assured us the water tank was filled the day before, so it had to be a leak if we refilled it. Other than that big miss that we thought we were having guarantee as water is a basic very important utility, the RV had everything that was described and the beds were comfortable.

Once again Alejandra, I am so sorry for your water issue! I strive for everyone to have the best experience possible, and while I can’t control things breaking on the road, I did show you that the water tank was 100% full on the sensor on departure, and had never had issues filling. Under no circumstance would I have let you take it if I knew there was a problem.

We had an amazing trip with this RV and I can’t say enough good things about it’s owner Kendall.

It was really a breeze. It was our first time renting a RV, and Kendall helped us every step of the way.
We had an issue with the AC and I texted her. She got back to us immediately and solved the problem. I would definitely recommend her if you are looking to rent an RV.

First time renting an RV. Outdoorsy made it easy and Kendall was wonderful to work with. Easy pick up, easy drop off, and well maintained. We rented the RV for a week and enjoyed every minute. Thank you!

Just perfect for the weekend getaway! Kendall was knowledgeable, flexible, kind, and provided a great walkthrough before departure. The space was clean and smelled great. Minor wear and tear in high trafficked areas from use over the years but nothing truly too noticeable nor did it ever get in our way. Some snacks and drinks were also prepped, which was a nice touch. Upon arrival at our destination, fellow campers were impressed with the vehicle, the cost, the ease, and everything Kendall’s rental had to offer. Would definitely do it again and would definitely recommend it.
