We are your hosts; JP & Melinda and our journey began back in 2004 when we tied the knot. Since then, our journey has been filled with countless outdoor adventures. We were blessed in 2022 with our precious son, the excitement of parenthood inspired us to embark on this new journey. Everything we expected was exceptional. The coachman travel trailer was perfect for our needs. The host that brought and set up was so informative.

This is a great trailer. Its very clean and very well kept. The bed is so comfortable. It has all the necessary essentials for a weekend away. Dishes, pots and pans, chairs, and outdoor rug for your campsite. The outdoor kitchen is the best! It has a little vacuum, extra tools and cleaning supplies.
JP is a great host. He walked us through everything before the trip and responds quickly to text messages if you need anything at all along the way.

The camper was very clean and had everything we needed and more! The renter was very nice, had great communication throughout the experience, and did everything he could to make sure we had a fun and successful trip.

JP is an outstanding host. His communication was fast with replies coming within minutes (even at odd hours) and complete before, during and after our trip. While setting up the camper I had a question which he answered (to include a video) within 5 minutes. The camper is laid out nicely and is in great shape. It was very clean and has been outfitted with excellent amenities. We plan on renting it from him again. I would highly recommend it for a long or short vacation.

Used JP’s RV as a home base for 2 days while setting up, having a fundraiser and the breakdown. It was perfect! Clean, well equipped, comfortable bed and living quarters. JP was very accommodating. He delivered, set up the RV and made sure I knew how to operate everything. I used his generator that was quiet and powerful. I would definitely book JP’s RV again. You should try it. You will be amazed!

He was very helpful. Camper was clean and in good working order. JP was flexible with pickup times, very helpful and overall a nice guy! This rental was complete with most everything someone who doesn’t own a camper would need. Did a full walk through and instruction with us and included a weight distributing hitch so my truck towed easier.

Our experience with JP was top notch. The trailer was immaculate and had great features. Perfect for camping at a NASCAR race! JP was so easy to work with and was very accommodating. We will certainly rent from JP again!

It was great experience renting from JP. He showed us all about the travel trailer and had plenty of items like stove for outdoor cooking, chairs, cones, drill to level the trailer, wheel stops, electric extension cables, etc., etc. I have not rented a travel trailer before and I am not even an avid RV person. I had rented an RV once before. I did not have much problems remembering them as his instructions were very clear. I even rented a electric generator from him. He showed me everything and he answered my text and phone calls when I called him for clarification. One day the microwave did not work and he came by that night after I called him saying that we were not able to heat up our dinner. That is great service. he bought a new one and took the old one away.
