Pete and Kath started Southern Wild Expeditions to provide travel trailer rentals for camping, during overland expeditions, tailgating, rallies, and all outdoor events. Our trailers are all-weather, all-season and capable of going anywhere your tow vehicle can take them. Our goal is to get people off the grid to enjoy our natural environment from the beach to the mountains--all in a comfortable, reliable, self-contained off-grid capable trailer. Our charter trailer is the 2021 Off Grid Trailers Expedition 2.0 (available December 1, 2021), and is world renowned for its dependability, comfort, and off-road capability. Best of all, it is light and compact, so it can be towed with even mid-size trucks and SUVs.
