Communication was a little slow but they always got back to us! We had to empty the tank from other people when we didn’t even use the septic BUT otherwise a good time. Thank you!

Overall the trip was fun and a new experience for us. There was a scheduling mishap a few days before our trip that made us have to return the RV a day early so that was unfortunate. Somehow the RV got double booked, but Wilson was willing to work with both us and the renters after us and we received some discounts.

So the owner was great at working with us. He tried to get the onboard generator fixed from the previous use before but parts were back ordered. So he did provide one that was on a hitch on the back. Also any troubles or questions he had he answered within an hour of us asking. Most were less than 30 minutes. The overall cleanliness was slightly above average. Besides the generator issue mechanically the tv is usable. One of the slides would stick in a corner but just required a little pushing while sliding to get started moving. There was some water leaking through the AC when it rained. Also some of the storage boxes were hard to unlock. Value is decent for the amount of miles you can use per day. The rv as a listing is the poorest rating. The pictures do not show the wear and tear of the upholstery inside. Other than the outer layer of it tearing away from the dinette, couch and both driver and passenger seats. The beds are comfortable or have memory foam toppers.
