Rudisill Rentals is a small family owned RV rental business. We enjoy the RV lifestyle and want to share that experience with others. We have been camping since 2015, and started out with a pop up, and eventually moved up to a Class A. We enjoy traveling and the memories we gain by spending time together.

So to set the stage our nephew is one in a long line of military graduates and he was graduating this week. My husband, child and mother in law went with us and we rode down to Georgia. The beginning of the trip and pick up from the RV was smooth and went well. About 2 hours into the trip the check engine light came on and scared all of us. We get to Georgia and it was 90° out. The A/C stopped working. I texted for some solutions and was met with all the same things we already tried so it stayed broke the whole trip. We'll anyway the military allowed the soldiers an extra day with their family and this would be our only chance to see our nephew for months so we texted the host and requested another day, I never received a text back, the host did mention before we left that if we couldn't make it home in time there were no worries just get home safe. Outdoorsy called us and asked what the plans were and my husband explained to them so we figured we were good. So as we are all packed up about to leave the police swarmed the camper (that was sitting in the same spot for 3 days on GPS) the police came to me and asked if i was the renter and stated that the RV was reported stolen and the host even said i gave him a false name and my husband never gave him his ID at all...this is not true, when I created the account it used my Gmail name and my husband gave him his ID thru the app and in person otherwise why would he let him test drive it? The police were on the phone talking to the host and the host told the police that he wanted me arrested. I had to show proof that I communicated with the host and I had to call outdoorsy to extend the trip. Our entire vacation was ruined and seeing my mother in law crying and scared had me so upset. I couldn't wait to get home and get the RV back and I will NEVER be booking again. I recommend the site and the process but absolutely NOT this host. Miscommunication is common and should have never resulted in calling the police because I did not text back in 20 mins. Overall just highly upsetting.

What an incredible host and RV! It was spacious and well equipped. Perfect for our weekend making amazing memories with friends.

A+. Jordan is very thorough and professional. His RV is in great condition and provided plenty of room for 7 of us to travel comfortably to Michigan from Pennsylvania, where we picked it up. We did not sleep/stay in the RV, but had we done so there are plenty of beds for everyone. Of note, Jordan has added some features to the RV to make it easier to drive. The stabilizer bars take sway out and gave it a very tight feel on the road. I have rented/driven an RV before, but it was more than 10 years ago. However, within an hour I felt very comfortable at the wheel and we were cruising along to our destination. Couple of notes - Jordan had 4 charis and a tent that he let us use. The RV has three TVs, all inside, plus a speaker outside. The fridge worked well as did the bathroom. (We did not use the shower.) Overall we loved it and will rent again next adventure.

Jordan is the best when it comes to service and knowledge. He responded immediately to my messages. You can not ask for better customer service. The RV work great for our family trip. We purchased more miles to be able to travel more than 100 miles per day. Jordan take excellent care of his equipment and and everything was in clean and working order for our trip.
