Unlike most hotels though, the perks start with your first rental and being “loyal” doesn’t mean visiting the same four walls and a pool.

Renting with Hotel Vroom was a great experience. The van met all our needs (sleep, indoor shower/bathroom, sink, and good wifi) and drove great as we stopped in 5 states over a week. The bed was very comfortable. Setting the van up at night for sleep/privacy is very easy and quick. They’ve made great use of the space in the van and the set up was well thought out. The toilet has a tank attached to it rather than a separate black tank which to our surprise was very convenient and actually very effective at blocking any odor. We 100% would book again.

Awesome experience, modern camping at its best. The host is very helpful and super nice. The van is clean and stocked with everything you might need, if it needs anything it might be a trash holder near the front seats. Otherwise we were planning our next trip while we were driving.

5 stars is described as great, but amazing is a better word. Taking this van across the country was the perfect trip for us. So much freedom to do whatever we chose. The host described the desired feel as a hotel on wheels and it definitely delivered. After our 2 week trip was over I felt sad to have to give this thing back. Everything worked amazingly and the host was a wonderful person to work with.

This was our third sprinter van rental this year and by far our favorite. The layout was perfect for a long weekend in Hocking Hills, OH. We never felt cramped even when we both had to do some work on our laptops. We also cooked the majority of our meals from the van or via the extra induction burner they provided with no issues. The bed is super comfortable and provided a great night’s sleep. We are already planning our next trip via one of their East Coast Vans.

Our experience went very smooth from start to finish. Once we got to the pick up spot and met with Manny he showed and explained in detail everything in the van. The van had many amenities as if we were in a Hotel (Hotel Vroom) . Everything inside and out was very clean and exceeded our expectations. After telling Manny where we were heading for our trip, his previous renters had shared some fun areas they had gone to in the area and he emailed us over there itinerary. He was very helpful and available throughout the whole process and we would definitely rent from Hotel Vroom again for our next trip

Great vehicle and even better service. Manny was there to answer all my questions before booking, before the trip and even during the trip. Would not hesitate to book with Hotel Vroom again! An overall wonderful experience.

This was the first time I’ve used Outdoorsy for a weekend trip to Montreal and I had a great experience! When I picked up the van it was deep cleaned and fully equipped with kitchen supplies and even had an iPad for us to use! We were able to shower and sleep comfortably for 3 nights (2 adults). The owner was extremely responsive and was helpful every time I had a question about the vehicle. I do not usually leave reviews but Outdoorsy exceeded my expectations. I’m very happy with my first experience and will use them again. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to go on a weekend trip and experience vanlife!

Had a fantastic trip! Jeff was super friendly and helpful. The van was everything we had hoped for - easy to maneuver yet provides so much space and comfort. We will definitely be taking this for another trip in the future!
