The staff at Elite were helpful and great at responding to questions and helping us understand the features of the rig we rented. Beto was great at walking through the operation and answering texts when we had questions. The instructions were easy to follow and the RV was in good shape, especially considering the age. We enjoyed a real life once in a lifetime trip with our kids and made memories from a really special vacation together. We are really grateful for this opportunity to explore some fantastic parks and unforgettable nature scenes!
