My wife Nicki and I love to take our 4 kids and 2 dogs camping when we can. Especially to state parks where the hiking trails are great.

Disappointed with cleanliness of the camper. There were multiple scent plug in used to mask the odor issues. It does not look like it was cleaned prior to our use. It took over 2 hours to clean and wipe down the camper including countertop, floors and bathrooms. The bedding was just thrown on the beds. Owner said that fresh water and black water sensors were not working correctly - so we had no way to know if fresh water was full at arrival or black water emptied - we had to fill fresh water after one day of use - and also have black tank emptied at the same time. There are several soft spots within the camper flooring and the camper appears not to be kept up well. It states that it is 3 years old, but the camper appears to have much more use.

There was a cleanliness issue, inadequate sewer line in which I had to purchase my own and connect. Owners sewer line missing a gasket causing sewage to spill. No gloves to handle hose. Back bedroom missing privacy blinds. Was told it was non-smoking, but back bedroom reeked of smoke. Floor in second bathroom was soft and likely rotten underneath. Outdoor kitchen lacking sink. Was told there would be bedding for six and received only bottom sheets. Had to buy top sheets.
Appliances and plumbing worked and owner was pleasant to work with. He reimbursed money for sewer hose and propane deposit.

I'm sorry about the sewer house, I supply one 25ft hose which is adequate in most campgrounds. Your sewer hookups were located 10ft behind the trailer. Which in a 38ft trailer is a pretty far distance. You have been my second renter I apologize if there was anything missed, I'm still learning. This is my personal camper and the back room is for my young kids, we are a non smoking household. I don't know where the smoke smell would have come from unless one of your neighbors was smoking by the windows as it was a very tightly packed campground. Sorry about the outdoor kitchen sink, it kept leaking from being on a drawer being pushed in and out so I decided to just take it out to not risk water damage.
