Do not rent this trailer until repairs are completed. The rental was a nightmare from the beginning. Very poor communication from the owner to start. This trailer is in very poor shape. By far the dirtiest trailer I have ever rented. Mold in the fridge. Electrical issues. Power jack did not work. Had to use a floor jack. Old stinky water was left in the tank. Black & gray tanks were not emptied which caused very bad odors. Window and door was broken. Dishes were dirty and unusable. I do not recommend renting and I will definitely not rent it again.

Todd was fantastic to deal with, professional, knowledgeable and honest. Would definitely rent again!

Very good experience with the owner, good conditions in and out of trailer. Easy communicated with any questions and issues.
