This was not a good experience. The refrigerator never got below 60 degree's (and as a result all of the food that we didn't eat had to be thrown out), the air mattress on the pull out couch had a hole in it ( so we had to sleep on the floor and woke I up to a bug crawling on me) and during the drive the drivers side mirror shook so violently that I could not clearly see the traffic on my left side (we had to stop to buy some tape to hold the mirror in place). I did accidentally scratch the RV and paid 800.00 for the repair but there is apparently NO recourse for reimbursement to me for all of the problems with the RV.

Chad was absolutely a joy to deal with, very responsive and considerate. The RV was as advertised and drove like a luxury car. All the amenities and easy to operate/set up. Very much looking forward to our next adventure with this RV and working with Chad again. Highly recommended!

Chad was awesome and was very helpful. He even asked me to come and see the vehicle before making a decision. Its not a brand new vehicle but has everything in it and all the equipment and facilities are working. Will certainly recommend Chad's RVs. and will use for our future road trips.

Chad was amazing to work with. We were a bit rusty as it had been some time since we rented an RV and he was extremely patient with us and very much available for all of our questions. RV was very comfortable and as advertised. I would highly recommend renting from Chad as we will surely do so next time.

First R.V. trip and not our last. The coach was comfortable and clean. Drives like a limo. Chad was very easy to communicate with and was available for guidance. Definitely a great family experience.

Nothing Less than Great. Chad is very helpful and takes the time to explain everything about the vehicle. The RV drives and operates like new. Chad accommodated a very short notice trip and helped my family have a wonderful vacation, also answered questions via phone during my trip. Thanks for everything and I will recommend Chad to everybody I know.
