Durelle was exceptionally responsive during my investigation process, the booking, and all through the time we had the RV. He was a pleasure to work with and was very accommodating. He even purchased a new Sidewinder hose support for the “stinky slinky” as we planned to stay connected to sewer during our trip as well as delivering and pickIng-up the RV from our driveway.

Cancelled with no explanation, left me in a lurch to find another rental for the 4th of July.

Durelle was very kind and understanding that we have never really used a travel trailer before. His explanation was very thorough and understandable. He even made sure we did half the hook up so we totally comprehended it.
Suggestion:
1.) Supplying leveling devices for under tires.
2.) Having larger and extra leveling devices for under the stablizablers
3.) We would've also flushed out the black tank if the right equipment was available instead of just emptying it, like most people would do.

It was an absolute pleasure renting this trailer! It was our first experience renting and using a trailer. We have 3 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. Would definitely rent again.
