If the Ritz-Carlton had an RV rental division, Lisa and Chuck would definitely be running it. Stella is a great find for us and was so well outfitted we only needed to show and up and get Chuck’s thorough instructions and we were on our way in no time.The personal touches they added for us made our trip to Mammoth Cave even more enjoyable. We had fresh cut flowers in a vase, all the makings for smores, a fruit basket with multiple apple choices [who does that?] and a customized banner and board as a further welcome. The fridge had ice, waters and sodas for us already too.And Stella has everything you need. Want drip or Keurig coffee? She has machines for both. Which size solo cups you want, with custom Stella cozies – more choices! All the spices you need to cook and they have a Blackstone included [all other rental places charge extra for this] so cooking outside is a snap. Chairs, carpets, bocce ball, frisbee, hammock, cornhole, board games, DVD’s and extra toothbrushes. So no need to bring/buy those items like you typically have to on an adventure. Super value.And Lisa and Chuck want you to get the maximum enjoyment out of your trip. Chuck’s checklists and documentation are excellent. Saved us a couple of times. And when we had a couple of questions along the way, they were both immediately available to answer them. In short, you’re not going to find this type of rental experience anywhere else, and we are definitely going to rent Stella again when we are in the area.

We had a great time! Stella was perfect for us and stocked with nice extras like fruit, coffee, popcorn and s’mores. We used the Blackstone to cook outside everyday and enjoyed relaxing in the camp chairs in front of the fire. Best vacation we’ve had in years!

This coach is the best RV we've ever rented and the experience was by far the best customer service we've had. The RV was immaculate, down to AmorAll'ed tires. Chuck and Lisa are meticulous in the care for the RV and preparation for renters. Communication was detailed, helpful and highly responsive. Although we did not use all of the amenities, such as the grill or three TVs, one that rises out of the counter, and one outside, we did use everything else. Everything you would need as far as initial supplies was provided and well organized with labels. They wrote a personalized sign on the small chalk board, provided a basket of fruit, and prepped the RV as if it were an AirBnB. The mileage range is impressive in this RV and it handled beautifully. I can't think of an RV or RV owners I'd rather work with. Thank you for everything, Chuck and Lisa! - Dan & Abbey

Stella the RV is the ultimate travel experience! This RV is in Pristine condition and every single detail is accounted for in the preparation of Stella for her guests. There are labels/guides everywhere to help keep things organized and to help assist less experienced RV goers. She has everything you'd ever need plus more for the ultimate outdoors getaway.Chuck and Lisa are an amazing team of hosts. Lisa was always prompt when I had booking questions (even 6 months ahead of time) and timely check ins. Once I arrived to pick up the RV Chuck helped get me acquainted with the operation of Stella and made me feel extremely comfortable with her before I took off down the road. He even promptly answered questions I had about operation while I was on the road very promptly and called me once as well.I have been renting RV's for 5 years now and this rental was by far my favorite by a landslide. Chuck and Lisa made this a much more personable experience. They even drew a personalized picture on the chalkboard!A+++ experience overall and would highly recommend. Have already made my reservation with them for next year. Thanks Chuck and Lisa!

Thanks for another incredible trip with Stella! For our 2nd trip with Stella, we stayed 9 nights in Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Chuck and Lisa were able to drop it off at our campsite - and they take care of the initial setup too! As before, the RV was very clean and was stocked up with all the essentials. This really is a high-end experience, and our favorite way to “glamp” off the grid.

What a STELLAr experience!!This was my 3rd time renting an RV through Outdoorsy and staying in the Smokys, but Lisa and Chuck have made this my best rental experience yet.Before the trip, their communication was amazing. I had so many questions about the RV itself, the logistics of delivery, possible date changes - and Lisa was incredibly patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. Good communication before the trip is important, as we opted for delivery to our campsite the Smokys - where there is no cell signal and everything must be coordinated ahead of time. Delivery was painless and they had everything all set up when we arrived.The RV itself was impeccable. So clean and tidy. It's very new, which means all the systems are in perfect working order and you're way less likely to have a mechanical issue on your trip. Everything just…works. I've rented older RV's before and I've had some mechanical/technical issues, but not with Stella! It has all the up-to-date amenities (big flatscreen tv's, usb charging ports, DC-powered lighting, etc) and sleek modern finishes (tile backsplash, dark wood cabinetry). It really feels like home.WOW was this thing stocked up. They really do provide everything. Some "consumables" of note were: K-cups and everything else for coffee, stuff for smores, basic spices for cooking, fire starters, aluminum foil and zip-lock bags, paper plates and plastic silverware, dish and hand soap, cleaning products. There were also extra sheets and pillows, plenty of towels, tons of flashlights conveniently stashed around the RV, grilling utensils, bocce ball and corn hole, a folding table, folding canopy, tablecloth for the picnic table. You name it, Stella's got it!Really couldn't have asked for a better experience :)

Stella was thoughtfully and extensively equipped with so many amenities and details, we were very impressed. The owners were friendly, responsive and did a great job providing orientation instructions for first time RV users. We would rent Stella again without hesitation.

Wow what a fantastic experience! And Lisa and Chuck cannot be beat! They have done an absolutely amazing job thinking of everything you would need and making it so easy for you! Communication was fantastic and the RV was extremely clean and felt brand new! Thank you for being such amazing and thoughtful hosts!

What a great travel experience with Stella... from delivery to pick-up! We found her to be exceptionally clean, spacious and hard to believe she'd been on the road with others (like new). Her accoutrements were like a fancy VRBO, on wheels. So glad to have taken this option for our trip to OKC during COVID. As first time RV'r's, even the drive was okay in such a large vehicle. Highly recommended. Thanks Stella!

From beginning to end, renting "Stella" was an amazing experience. We are so appreciative of the above and beyond hospitality of Lisa and Chuck. "Stella" provided an absolutely amazing "glamping " experience, Chuck had the whole campsite set up and welcomed us with a tour and showed us how to work everything. We made so many amazing family memories. We will be booking again next summer!

It may look odd that we gave StellatheRV! and her owners all stars but that is not an exaggeration, it is the truth. The other reviews were spot on and we can't say enough about how helpful Chuck and Lisa are, particularly with us, as first time RV campers. Lisa answered all our questions quickly and was extremely kind and polite. Chuck was very friendly and is a walking technical manual. Stella was stocked with everything we needed from linens to spices to games to well organized tubs detailing contents to Chuck's "laminated cheat sheets" to help us make sure we operated Stella as designed. We could not have had a better first-time RV experience. We loved it. Stella drove great and we were very comfortable at the campground. We wholeheartedly recommend Stella and would rent from Chuck and Lisa again. A great trip!!!

Our family of 4 loved our first RV trip with Stella! The RV was immaculate when delivered to our home and my husband felt comfortable driving it after Chuck’s detailed instructions. Chuck and Lisa provided everything we needed for our adventure. The kitchen was fully stocked with paper products, utensils, serving pieces, pots & pans, spices, coffee maker, dish soap, dish towels, trash bags, cleaning products, etc. There were 2 sets of sheets for each bed and plenty of towels, hand towels & wash cloths. Also provided were board games, outdoor games, flash lights, lighters, walkie talkies, soap, toilet paper, spare toiletries, mesh laundry bag, clothes line, a small vacuum cleaner, etc. Owners Chuck and Lisa were incredibly flexible when we needed to delay our departure. They also allowed us to keep the RV for additional days when we requested to do so from the road. There were a couple small mechanical problems that did not disrupt our trip, but Chuck had them fixed quickly. We were delighted with the vehicle, it’s owners and the overall experience.
