Hello, Thank you for looking at our travel trailer. I recently had a bad experience with a renter on Outdoorsy. Please forgive me if I seem a bit cautious before you rent the travel trailer.

Thanks to Ray, my family & I had a Great Time on our first RV rental. From beg to end we had a great experience with Ray’s RV. Thanks again Ray we had a blast, we appreciate it very much.

My overall review for Raymond is 1 star. I had a bad experience with him. The initial pick up was good he communicated clearly with how the RV is to be used and worked. Took about 1hr to get all paperwork done so made us late to our event. Drop off was okay my husband went to drop it off early next morning. He had my husband sign a form that everything was good on the RV upon return. After my husband left Raymond submitted a claim against my deposit with additional “missing” items that we were not aware of he did not communicate any of these items to my husband when he was there with him. Just be careful when renting from him make sure you take your own pictures of the whole RV before leaving his house that’s what I failed to do.. all the other missing stuff he added after I am not sure if they were already missing or we really damage. I would never rent from him again.

Ray was great! Punctual, helpful, good communicator. The trailer was in great condition and very clean. I'd definitely rent from him again!

Great RV trailer and Ray has got everything dialed in for you to have a great time. Awesome experience and would definitely recommend and use again.

It was an amazing trip. The RV was perfect for our family of 4. Raymond was professional, he explained all the perks and the proper way to operate the RV. It was cleaned, sanitized and ready for us when we got to his home. Thabk you Raymond, we will definitely go with your rental on our next trip.

Booked the trailer and Ray confirmed it. A few days later I received the generic note that Ray had canceled our booking with no explanation. I contacted him twice just wanting an explanation with no response. Disappointed that he did not respond. I would have been fine if he said it is my trailer and I can cancel at anytime but he did not even give us that with only a few weeks to go before our reservation.

Raymond was the best to rent from. He was very patient and understanding to the fact that I was a first timer when it came to hauling a trailer. He answered every question that I had and helped me every time I had a question regarding his trailer. My family and I had a great experience thanks to him. We really enjoyed getting out there and not having to worry about any technical difficulties, his trailer is in mint condition. Thanks again Raymond.

The experience was awesome. It was really clean and neatly kept which is really important to me and Raymond was awesome he totally accommodated us in every way we asked for. Any questions we had during our trip he was quick to answer.. awesome guy!
