My family and I enjoy travelling, meeting new people, experiencing new culture and partaking in local activities. We love seizing and creating opportunities for our children to have new experiences that would have a positive impact on their development and world view. When we are not travelling we enjoy relaxing in nature and spending time with our family and friends.

I had a great experience with Sally. She was very responsive to the questions I had. The trailer was amazing, it was large and gave my family ample room. The AC worked well as did the full size refrigerator. We had the unit delivered and she arrived on time and had great communication throughout the hand over.- Unfortunately they had issues with the power leveling switch at the front which did not allow the queen master bedroom to be level to the rear. The head of the bed was lower than our feet which wasn’t ideal. This gave me a headache after the first night of 7 ( we slept with our head at the foot of the bed to fix this). We did call them back the night they set it up but they could not even it out. The trailer was not level side to side either which made the bathroom door in the back not close ( you had to hold it) or the master pocket door, it would slide open on its own. You usually check side to side level before you unhook so you can raise the low side by backing on boards under the tires to level it off. This was not done, I had owned a trailer since 08 and 8 out of 10 sites need this done.I feel like Sally was not honest with me when I rented it. Some of the repairs could have been done while we were on site. I would have had no problem with that. I paid the agreed amount including the extra BBQ and flat top grill ( this was good value and great equipment). I’m not sure how long they have owned this unit because the basics of setting it up was not done. The manual jack did not line up with the hole in the trailer (clearly a manufacture defect).Overall if the unit was as described I would give Sally a 10 out of 10. The trailer is beautiful and is well equipped with all the little things that made our trip a success. I feel I should have been given a discount for all the broken stuff that I was not told about and the poor set up. Would I rent next year from them again? for sure. I think I would make sure nothing is wrong with the unit. The price was fair but I think we were overcharged based on the equipment and basic set up that was provided.

Hi Sean,Thank you for your feedback and suggestions. My apologies for the inconvenience and trouble this has caused you and your family during your trip. I wasn't aware of all the issues otherwise I would have ensured most of it was fixed. The broken power leveling switch was an unexpected problem we encountered on the day of delivery. We attempted to fix it and manually level the trailer as best we can before your arrival, otherwise we would have had to cancel your reservation. If I had known you were experiencing those issues during your stay, I would have attempted to resolve the issues or given you a discount/compensation. I have emailed you to discuss compensation.

Don’t even give this rental a second look. Would not deliver at time requested so I asked again to deliver 3 hrs earlier and then she canceled the reservation 5 days before, which we had reserved 5 months ago. Great people.

This is a beautiful trailer! Sally keeps the trailer very clean and it is stocked with everything you could need. Communication was fast and Sally always answered every question no matter how insignificant. We highly recommend this trailer.
