Had an awesome trip around the island. The van got some years on it but everything worked out perfect. That's what i call camping ;). Enough space for all your stuff and cooking equipment is in the van. Would rent this again when im here. Greetings from the austrians.

Was very easy for both pick up and drop off. Great communication during and was extremely helpful and friendly! Highly recommend!

We had a nice trip with the van. It was and old vehicle but the driving was smooth. It was comfortable but the owner didn't provide a gas tank for the kitchen also no cleaning tools for the plates or the van. It will be nice to have them or a small broom to take off the sand.

Pickup and drop off was SO easy and host response time was very quick. Host provides you with all you need to know about the car and provides all the basics (cooler, sleeping pad, pillows, flashlight, etc). The radio does not work so bring your own speaker or rent one from your host :)

Handling and visibility (window tints) leave something to be desired but overall she did the job! We had an awesome time on Oahu.

Touring Oahu for 3 days by camper van was trip add to a two-week condo booking on the big island of Kona. I regularly car camp in a Subaru Outback and found the van rented to be a spacous enhancement. Some things we did not expect were mosquitos at night in some shaded area and the slow speed limit of 35 mph on the narrow roads around the island. Also the van tended to wander a bit and traveling at night was stressful because of this. Campsites booked were found to be primitive by Canadian standards, most just the beach changeroom with outside cold showers so afternoon showers were best in the heat of the day. All in all, we made it comfortably around the island in the three days booked and experienced many very nice beaches and view points for photographs. Also fresh shrimp common in fry bus outlets on the north shore were to die for!
