My wife and I love the outdoors and traveling and camping. But sometimes work gets in the way. We are an active duty military family currently stationed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord just outside of Tacoma. Want to share our amenities with others when the time is right. This RV has everything we want. Tim is a very easy-going guy. He contacted me and prepared the RV as what I what. And when I raised the concern about entering the military joint, as someone mentioned below, he drove the RV to the parking lot. When pickup the RV, he clearly instructed me how to use the RV.

Our experience was excellent. Tim was an outstanding host and answered every call we had when a minor issue arose. The RV was clean when we received it, the drive to California was very smooth and the RVs accommodations made our trip quite an experience. I would recommend renting with Tim to anyone and will rent again next summer! Thank you Tim!

Tim was, in a word, fantastic. The RV was exactly as described, and his rundown of how to use all of the features was spot on. He was accommodating in both drop off and pick up times and locations, and was extremely responsive whenever we had questions throughout the trip. I fully intend to rent from him again the next time I go to the Gorge, and cannot recommend him enough!

Tim was great to work with and very responsive and friendly. Main reason for lower rating is due to issues that we had with the water hookup and rotten egg smell from hot water heater during our trip. Luckily it didn't put a big wrench in our plans and we were only slightly inconvenienced (we were camping with another group and did all cooking in their RV). Tim did offer to drive down to where we were camping to help figure out the issue which was a nice gesture. With the water issue fixed I would rent this RV again. In terms of cleanliness, there was some light debris on mattresses but we used our own sleeping bags so not a big issue either (note linens are not included).

We had a great time renting Tim's RV. Tim was super nice and available to answer questions even before we finalized our booking. The RV itself was nice, clean and very easy to drive. Everything in the RV worked great and we had no mechanical issues during our trip. The RV pick-up location was inside a joint military base, which is something to be mindful during renting. It's not a big deal, but allow additional 30 mins to obtain the visitors pass on busier days.

We had such a great time! The RV was clean, comfortable, updated and worked great! The Schneiders couldn’t have been more available, thorough and present. I highly recommend renting this rig. Great memories ahead!!!

First of all the rig was nice, as described and ready to go when we arrived. We were met and driven in for walk the through and instruction so it made it very easy. Secondly, what a nice couple! Timothy is a really nice guy, really straight forward and went over all the details step by step. Offered his direct contact info for us to contact him directly from the the road if we needed anything at all. The trip from Olympia to Salt Lake City and back went beautifully and the rig was superb! All worked like a charm. Even the meet up to drop off the rig at the end went smoothly. We highly recommend them and the RV and will definitely contact them if we ever rent an RV again.

We enjoyed this RV very much. It is easy to drive for even relatively new drivers like myself. We traveled with a giant group with 11 people aging from 0.5 to 70 years old. It accommodates everybody's needs. When two slides are out, it is very spacious and comfortable. Though we had water pump problems, we found out it was because the location we traveled to. And that was fixed easily. In overall, this is a strong and sturdy RV. It took us to mountains, desserts, canyons, and lakes. It goes to the city and country. It took us to five different states and back home safe and sound. All in all, this is not a perfect design, but you are getting what you paid for. For a basic model of RV, this is a great one with excellent condition. We highly recommend this RV if you are travelling with a big family on budget.

This is our first RV rental trip. Tim was very helpful explaining things as much as he can to us before we took off. He is always quick with respond and solutions when we need help especially when outd**sy 24 hour assistance hotline never answers their phone. Somehow, along the trip, we called them at least 5 different times to ask for information. Nobody answered nor returned our call. That was a bummer on the road.
Any way, the owner Tim was a very friendly, knowledgeable, and fair person. Though there were little problems here and there like travelling from low altitude to high altitude, we needed to adjust the generator. We were able to solve the problem and we had an excellent trip. Tim is definitely an ideal person to rent the RV from.
