The RV was very nice, clean, spacious and comfortable with AC for hot days and heat for evenings. Good size fridge and cooktop.
There were basic utensils, dishes and pots etc..

Gary's trailer is exactly as pictured! Extremely well equipped, there was nothing missing. It's clean, modern and spacious. Everyone enjoyed their experience. We had a few hiccups with just not knowing how to do things and when we messaged, we received prompt responses with helpful advice. We are booked for a second trip in August and are looking forward to it!

Gary was amazing to deal with. He was super helpful through the entire process and extremely fair in his fees. The trailer came at the exact time, all set up was completed by him and his wife and was picked up at the correct time as well. Everything was clean and the points we recommended on having a look at, he said he would take care of. Little to no hassle made for a great weekend. Would definitely rent from him again.

Gary and his wife were exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout the process. We had the rental delivered, which Gary took full responsibility of. The unit was well stocked, clean, and perfect for my family of 4 (we could have had 2 more people). Highly recommend this rental!

Gary’s trailer is awesome. He is so sweet and easy going. Very accommodating. No issues what so ever. Quick response every time. Wouldn’t let us help with setting up, just kept saying no we got this go visit. I will definitely recommend Gary’s to all my friends looking to rent an rv snd I know we will be in contact with Gary again. It was just so easy. Thanks Gary!!!

We enjoyed our trip. However, once the booking was over the owner decided to charge me additional charges and withheld part of my security deposit without my consent. We had booked the trailer weeks ahead of time and added all the additional things we needed for the week and it was included in the total on my invoice, which was paid for in full. So the fact that after the trip was over and done with they changed the price and withheld money from my deposit makes me extremely upset. I had to contact customer service to deal with this issue and I am very frustrated as now I'm dealing this days after our trip.

Hello Ballerie, I appreciate the feedback. For the record I did disclose what charges I was deducting before I did it and when we were discussing the issue after I had refunded most of your deposit aside from the propane and septic charges I asked you to let me know what customer support had to say as there was clearly an error on the outdoorsy app that I sent you a picture of showing the charges were not charged as they should have been.
