I did not get to use the trailer. Approx. a week before we left on our trip Valerie sent me a message indicating that her trailer had been broken into a vandalized and was not available for use. So I cannot make any comments on the trailer. However Outdoorsey did charge me the full amount of the rental. I have sent messages and tried to contact support but get messages that my questions will be answered in the order received. It has been 10 days since my first message and still no response. To sum this trip up we did go and slept in a tent which we haven't done in 40 years, my wife and I are in our 70ties. So no trailer and we have paid the full rental.
