Mario and Cynthia made this trip a memorable one their RV was amazing very spacious for our group they were very nice and helped a lot with teaching us how to hook and unhook the rv def will rent again for our next trip you guys are awesome

Ill start off, im a wildland Fire Fighter that works alot and rarely gets time away for a trip with family..... Rental: So Nice enough people, but the experience was bad from start. They got our pickup date wrong and scrambled to try and clean up a dirty trailer from pervious rental which delayed the start of trip by 4 hrs.. Trailer had dessert dirt all over, minus their quick counter top and floor clean as i was picking up trailer..i had to sanitize inside and wash outside just to make it look presentable. Had problems with fridge first night, master bed was so uncomfortable due to uneven springs, toilet kept clogging up due to previous renter not cleaning out properly, and even the satilite that they gave as a gesture for them not being ready in time, never fully worked and I had to sit on phone with dish network to try and get it to work.(wasted time). I'm not sure of previous renters, but they did not seen ready or equipped to do this for the price you pay.. My first experience renting a trailer might be my last, shouldnt have to compromise your time relaxing on trip for these types of issues. I brought back the trailer in better condition then I recieved it.

First time using Outdoorsy & I loved it! Mario is very easy to communicate with. Overall it was an amazing first time experience! Will defiantly book again!

Excellent toy hauler. I was able to haul my 2019 Polaris RZR XP4 1000 (four seater).
Mario was very helpful and had the trailer ready and clean when I arrived. The facility he has the trailer stored at is very convenient as it has a place to dump the holding tanks when you return the trailer.
I highly recommend renting this toy hauler from Mario.
