As accommodating as we tried to be, Raphael and his party had a difficult time following instructions, which made for less-than-perfect experience. We communicated multiple times the van return time (which is also shared on the listing upon booking), as we had another booking going out that day, which he elected not to honor. In addition, he required add-ons which he wouldn’t purchase via the app. They were very lovely people, but might be better suited to a rental car company that has a fleet of vans.

Had an amazing 2.5 week roadtrip with Hilaree. From Vancouver Island to the Rockies, she brought us to the most amazing places. She is spacious and very comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Betty is a great van and had everything we needed. She’s super cozy, drives well, and Kate has provided all the bits and pieces you’ll need for a great trip.

We had a wonderful time with Kates van driving from Vancouver up to Banff Nationalpark. It is super cozy and has everything what you need. Its amazing how well equipped it is and the mattress is really big and comfy. Kate was super nice, laid back and always available. She sent us a video of how everything works in the van before we picked it up, which was really helpful. We can highly recommend renting this van. You will have a lot of fun. :)

We had a fantastic trip in Kate’s campervan. Kate was always there for us when we had any questions and replied quickly to all our requests. The campervan has everything we needed for our 6-week trip and we never had any mechanical issues. We would book it again in a heartbeat!
