We got an RV to experience a certain type of travel. We like being able to just pick up and go. We go on both day trips and long weekends when we can. We also love traveling with our two small dogs.

The rv was not as described. It was rough, broken window, couch bed had something poking it making it not flat, missing back window cover so no privacy, leaking shower, shower faucet not working at all. It lightly cleaned before we go it, once you open the doors/drawers it was dusty and dirty. The generator didn’t work on the drive up so it was hot and the fridge and freezer
Took forever to get cold. The brake light was out, the brakes themselves were questionable and the steering needs to be adjusted. To drive straight I had the steering wheel at 9 o clock.

The camper was not up to par. We had problems with nearly every major system except the engine and the A/C. No heat, essentially no hot water, camper wasn't clean, fridge took so long to cool down we couldn't buy groceries till the next day, the linens we contracted weren't there. Just not a great experience.

Had a great trip with our kids in this RV. It was a perfect size, easy to drive and park and plenty of room for everyone. Great experience!

My sister and I rented this trailer for a family reunion campout. We had a great time, easy setup and everything worked perfectly! I did however, have an issue with my towing vehicle and Darrick went above and beyond to help me resolve it. I ended up having to get my son to tow with his truck and we were able to quickly add him as verified driver on Outdoorsy. Would definitely rent from Darrick again, he was very accommodating and easy to work with. Thank you Darrick!!

The RV and thorough walkthrough allowed us to have a pleasant experience for our small family. This was our first trip in an RV and Darrick was very detailed in communication and was readily available as needed. The RV was as advertised and had everything we needed and then some. We would strongly recommend and can’t wait to plan the next trip.

Had a wonderful trip. Returned the trailer Saturday late afternoon instead of the following morning. Worked perfectly for us. Didn't cook or shower in the trailer. Didn't have electric at our campsite so can't comment on microwave, stove, etc. Only used the bed, fridge and toilet.

Darrick was really nice, professional and thorough. Neither my husband nor I had ever driven an RV before and he made us feel very comfortable. He was responsive and easy to work with. We had a fun trip with our family of 5 to McCall and Lagoon.

We had 3 women signed up to drive the RV. Darrick was so patient with us. He took each of us to the gas station to point out how to get in and away from the pumps. We also drove on the interstate. He spent 2 hours going over all the hook ups, appliances and slide outs. By the time we left, we were comfortable with driving and operating the RV. He was so very helpful. Our trip was a once in a lifetime experience that he helped make perfect.

Very clean lightweight used it in real cold and the heater worked great easy to tow and the owner was very accommodating

We had a good time with this trailer. It was a perfect size for our family, a 5 month old, myself, husband, and our dog. There is dining area that we removed the detachable table and put our pack and play for our baby to sleep.

We rented this Jayco travel trailer for a 3 day/2 night trip to Red Fish lake. Darrick was great...very accommodating and very responsive. On the day I picked up the trailer Darrick took me through a very thorough walk thru of the trailer and explained everything...it was very helpful. During the walk through he explained that the bolts that secure the propane tank to the trailer were missing and I would have to take the propane tank with me in my truck and hook it up once we got up to Red Fish. Which meant that during our drive up there (3.5 hours) the refrigerator would not be working/cooling...frustrating because we had a bunch of food we were taking with us that would need to remain cool. After dropping the trailer off at home so my wife and kids could begin loading it, I quickly went to Lowe's to get some bolts to secure the propane tank to the trailer. After securing the propane tank to the trailer I then hooked up the regulator so the refrigerator would switch from electric to gas when we left and continue cooling. I quickly realized after connecting the regulator and opening the valve on the tank that they regulator was broken and leaking propane like a sieve. I contacted Darrick immediately and he said if I needed to buy a replacement to do so and keep the receipt and he would reimburse me. Long story short, after two trips to Lowe's and one trip to Suburban Propane to track down the part, I had to replace the entire regulator hose and spend 2 hours getting the part and making the repair. The part was not expensive ($20). However, we ended up leaving 3 hours later than planned because I was making repairs to the trailer. I am glad I bought the bolts and tried to connect the tank before getting up to Red Fish because had I not done so we would have been stuck up at Red Fish with no working refrigerator, no hot water heater, and no heater for the trailer at night due to a broken propane tank regulator (our campsite did not have water or electric hookups). Our trip turned out great and the trailer worked flawlessly once I repaired it, but I shouldn't have had to make the repairs in the first place. This all could have been avoided by doing a simple check of all systems before handing off the trailer to the customer/renter. Again, Darrick is great, very responsive and thorough, but perhaps just not thorough enough this time.

Darrick was great to deal with. He was responsive to all of our texts and questions in a timely manner. The RV was in good shape, and we had a great time. There are just a few areas that could have been improved upon, so this review is meant to help Darrick improve the experience for his next customers. 1) The straps for the propane tank were broken by the people who rented it before us, so we were told to put the propane tank inside of our vehicle. Not acceptable. Our vehicle was packed to the top for an 8 day trip, and we wouldn't have wanted a stinky propane tank in there anyway! My husband used his own straps to secure the tank back on the RV before we left. 2) The mattress pad was stained and had what appeared to have dog hair on it. 3) The inside of the cupboards were not wiped out. I had to clean crumbs, food and debris out of them before I could unpack. 4) The cargo area was not organized, so there wasn't much room for cargo in there. The RV that our friends rented had everything in the cargo area in bins and organized. 5) Lastly, and the biggest disappointment that we had was that the toilet stunk so bad that it gagged us when we went to flush for the first time. We had to go to an RV dump and fill the tank and flush it out multiple times to make the smell go away. It was horrible. Once we got the place cleaned up and organized and the toilet cleaned, the RV was very enjoyable and comfortable. Darrick said that the RV was rented up until the evening before we picked it up, and then rented again beginning the day after we dropped it off. With COVID, and due to the condition of the RV when we picked it up, maybe an extra day or two between bookings would be a good idea, to make sure that everything is clean and in working order.

I am sorry that there were issues with your rental. We strive to provide a clean and working trailer. We will strive to do better in this area. In two years of doing this, this is the first complaint of a dirty trailer I have ever had. I did not notice any issues with the toilet Again, I am sorry the trailer did not meet your expectations.

The RV was clean and in great shape. Derrick was responsive and helpful. Good experience - easy and no problems.
