Communication was great the whole way through from confirmation to pickup. They were available for any issues and explained things easily.

My family and I had a great time in this trailer and working with this family. Rich was on time and flexible with us. He replied back to any questions we had very fast. The trailer was clean and stocked with many of the essentials. They added extra touches to help, and it was very much appreciated. If you get a chance to rent from this family, I highly recommend it.

Every detail was covered from the stocked kitchen to personal hygiene items! This was a wonderful experience and we look forward to renting from this host again in the future.
